• Mission/Philosophy
  • The Oberlin College Sports Medicine team is dedicated to providing quality healthcare for varsity student-athletes in a manner that is professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Our certified athletic trainers work to provide preventative instruction, immediate evaluation and management of injuries, ongoing rehabilitation, and quick referrals to University Hospitals' sports medicine physicians for our athletes. Our goal is to offer the high quality medical care our student-athletes need to return to their sports safely and effectively.
     
• Facilities & Location
  • The Sports Medicine Center is located adjacent to Williams Field House and has space for taping, treatment, rehabilitation, and hydrotherapy, as well as a private physician's exam room. The Auxiliary Athletic Training Room is located in Philips Gym (119) next to the swimming pool.  This facility is used as a game-day facility for indoor sports.
