Rental Priority:
The associate director of athletics will accept all facility rental & reservation requests and determine the feasibility of the request based on the openings in the schedule. Priority facilities will be for varsity athletics and athletic related events, club sports, and intramural sports have priority of the facility at all times.

Past Rentals Include:
After-proms, camps, clinics, conferences, general recreation, group lock-ins, high school athletic events, games, meets, practices, tournaments, youth athletic tournaments and sporting events are among the various and many other types of events we have hosted.

Non-Discrimination:
The Oberlin College Recreation Center and Athletic Department shall not discriminate on the basis of age, color, gender, national origin, physical impairment, political affliction, race, religion or sexual orientation in the consideration of any facility use application. The Oberlin College Recreation Center and Athletic Department has the right to deny application for facility use to any group or individual that denies membership or participation in its activities based on such discriminatory factors.
