Ben Sisson

Ben Sisson is in his second season on the men's basketball staff after a successful playing career at Kentucky Wesleyan.

Sisson was an integral part in Morehead State's 2023-24 Ohio Vallley Conference regular season and tournament championship team.

A native of Fort Thomas, Ky., and a product of Highlands High School, Sisson was named to the All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference team in 2022-23. The Panthers' 2022-23 team captain was also a three-time Academic All-GMAC honoree and twice earned the Doug Kingsley "Heart of the Team" Award.

He scored more than 700 career points and corralled more than 400 rebounds. Sisson also compiled 80 career blocked shots and shot 62 percent for his four-year career in Owensboro.

At Highlands, Sisson was awarded the 2019 Region 9 Player of the Year accolade.

He earned his bachelor's degree in history from KWC.
