Actividades
A actividade principal desta sesso a materia-
lizar os passos que os pais podero dar para
melhorar a sua relao coparental com o ex-
cnjuge. O debate final destinado compre-
enso das opinies dos participantes quanto ao
programa em si. Posteriormente, procede-se
reaplicao dos instrumentos de avaliao j
administrados no incio do programa.
CONCLUSO
Pais por Inteiro um programa de interveno
que foi concebido e desenvolvido no Servio de
Consulta Psicolgica e Desenvolvimento Humano
da Universidade do Minho. Actualmente, est a
decorrer a sua validao no mbito do Projecto de
Estudo Longitudinal dos Processos e Trajectrias
de Adaptao Familiar ao Divrcio.
O programa PApi prev trs momentos de ava-
liao da eficcia psicoteraputica: um momento
de pr-interveno, um momento ps-interveno
e um momento follow-up, 12 meses aps a sua
finalizao. O processo de validao contar com
a participao de 100 dades parentais no grupo
experimental ou seja, 200 participantes, divi-
didos em grupos de 10 elementos e 100 dades
parentais no grupo de controlo, sendo que estes
participantes no sero integrados em nenhuma
modalidade de interveno psicoteraputica.
A eficcia do PApi ser avaliada atravs da
comparao dos resultados dos pais (participantes
versus em lista de espera): (1) Questionrio de
Levantamento Scio-Demogrfico (QLSD,
Lamela, Pereira, Castro, Gonalves, &
Figueiredo, 2007) para reunir informao sobre
os domnios da vida dos participantes que tm
relevo para a validao; (2) Questionrio das
Razes do Divrcio (QRaD, Lamela, Pereira,
Castro, Gonalves, & Figueiredo, 2008); (3)
Brief Sympton Inventory (BSI, Derogatis &
Melisaratos, 1983; verso portuguesa Canavarro,
1999) para medir os ndices de psicopatologia
geral; (4) Divorce Adjustment Inventory
Revised (DAI-R; Portes, Smith, & Brown, 2000;
verso portuguesa em validao por Gonalves,
Lamela, Castro & Figueiredo, 2006) para avaliar
o ajustamento ao divrcio dos participantes; (5)
Revised Conflict Tactics Scales (CTS2, Straus,
Hamby, Boney-McCoy, & Sugarman, 1996;
verso portuguesa de Paiva & Figueiredo, 2006)
para medir as tcnicas de resoluo, gesto e
negociao de conflitos; (6) Parenting Alliance
Measure (PAM, Abidin & Konold, 1999; verso
portuguesa em validao por Lamela, Gonalves,
Castro, & Figueiredo, 2006).
Dessa feita, Pais por Inteiro um contributo
para a interveno em grupo com pais divorciados
em Portugal. Na avaliao-piloto da aplicao da
primeira verso do programa, melhorias
significativas foram registadas, no ajustamento ao
divrcio e na aliana coparental nos pais partici-
pantes, em comparao o grupo de controlo
(Lamela, Gonalves, Castro, & Figueiredo,
2007b). Estes resultados preliminares do conta
que o PApi Pais por Inteiro um programa que
promove o ajustamento ao divrcio dos pais,
sublinhando a coparentalidade, a binuclearidade e
as trajectrias individuais como nuclear
adaptao a esta nova configurao familiar.

RESUMO
O presente artigo apresenta o programa de inter-
veno em grupo para pais divorciados, Pais por
Inteiro (PApi). Fundamentados na reviso da literatura
com a qual o artigo se inicia, os objectivos gerais do
programa promover a coparentalidade positiva, a
construo de um projecto de binuclearidade familiar e
a reflexo e aprofundamento das trajectrias
individuais de cada pai so descritos, assim como as
trs macrocomponentes psicoteraputicas ao longo
das quais estes objectivos se desenvolvem exposio
dos processos de divrcio, partilha experiencial e
treino de competncias e mudana desenvolvimental.
O artigo oferece ainda, no final, uma mais detalhada
clarificao dos objectivos, materiais e actividades
planeadas para cada das dez sesses que compem o
PApi.

ABSTRACT
This article presents the intervention program for
divorced parents, Pais por Inteiro (PApi). The main
goals of this intervention program, which are supported
by the revisited literature in which the article begins, are
to promote a positive coparenting style, to help creating
a binuclear family project and to help reflect about the
interpersonal pathways of each divorced parent. These
objectives are described as the three major psycho-
therapeutic phases, from which these objectives evolve
exposure of the divorce processes, experience sharing
and skills training and developmental change. In the
end, the present article also offers a detailed clarification
of the objectives, materials and activities which were
planned for each one of the ten sessions that PApi
involves.
