Ara Zada on Instagram: "Foul is the perfect breakfast or brunch. It’s very common in Egyptian and Lebanese households. Growing up we used to eat this when we took trips to the mountains to snowboard or go to the lake. I used @tazah canned foul which makes it a lot easier than cooking dry beans.

Foul:
3 cans 	Tazah Foul (half liquid drained)
3 cloves 	garlic, crushed
1 	lemon, juiced
1 tsp	cumin
2 tsp	salt
1 Tb		Tazah Olive oil

Optional Toppings:
tomatoes, parsley, mint, jalapenos, green onions, olive oil, salt, cumin, hard boiled eggs 

- Place all ingredients into a deep skillet or pot. 
- Slightly mash with a fork or masher
- place on medium high heat until heated through
- Serve with optional toppings
