    (Ghazal) Ghazab Kiya Tere Vaade Pe Aitbaar Kiya

    ghazab kiya tere vaade pe aitbaar kiya


    tamaam raat qayaamat ka intezaar kiya
    hansaa hansaa ke shab-e-vasl ashk-baar kiya
    tasalliyaan mujhe de-de ke beqaraar kiya
    ham aise mahv-e-nazaara na the jo hosh aata
    magar tumhaare taghaaful ne hoshiyaar kiya
    fasaana-e-shab-e-gham un ko ek kahaani thi
    kuchh aitbaar kiya aur kuchh naa-aitbaar kiya
    ye kisne jalvaa humaare sar-e-mazaar kiya
    ki dil se shor utha haaye beqaraar kiya
    tadap phir aye dil-e-naadaan ki ghair kehte hain
    aakhir kuchh na bani sabr ikhtiyaar kiya
    bhula bhula ke jataayaa hai unko raaz-e-nihaan
    chhipaa chhipaa ke mohabbat ko aashakaar kiya
    tumhein to vaada-e-deedaar hum se karna tha
    ye kya kiya ke jahaan ko ummeedvaar kiya
    ye dil ko taab kahaan hai ke ho maalandesh
    unhone vaada kiya hum ne aitbaar kiya
    na poochh dil ki haqeeqat magar ye kehte hain
    vo beqaraar rahe jisne beqaraar kiya
    kuchh aage daavar-e-mahashar se hai ummeed mujhe
    kuchh aap ne mere kehne ka aitbaar kiya

    Chaman mein takht per jis dam shah-e-gul ka tajammul tha


    Hazaron bulbulein thi bagh mein aik shor tha gul tha
    Khuli jab aankh nargis ki, na tha juz khaar kuch baqi
    Batata bagh ban ro ro, yahan guncha yahan gul tha
