1 Denition
This feature is used to introduce one of two GeoCENTREX-specific Terminating Restrictions (TR) for a subscriber. Public telephone network restrictions which can be placed for incoming calls on any subscriber lines of a network node retain their full effect for GeoCENTREX subscriber lines, in particular for calls from the public telephone network or for calls routed via the public telephone network to a GeoCENTREX subscriber line. Fully-restricted, terminating (FRT) The GeoCENTREX subscriber can only be reached by subscribers in the same GeoCENTREX (sub)business group, but not by the attendant station. The figure illustrates the restriction of subscriber A: GeoCENTREX internal calls are permitted (A <--> B). Indirect access via the features call forwarding (CF) or call transfer (CT) is not permitted (C --> B --> A). Direct calls to the public network are permitted (A --> C). Incoming calls from the public network are not permitted (C --> A). Outgoing calls to the public network via the attendant are permitted (A --> Attendant --> D). Incoming calls from the public network via the attendant are not permitted (D --> Attendant --> A). Semi-restricted, terminating (SRT) The GeoCENTREX subscriber can only be reached by subscribers in the same GeoCENTREX (sub)business group. The subscriber can reach a destination outside the group via the attendant station. The figure illustrates the restriction of subscriber A: GeoCENTREX internal calls are permitted (A --> B). Indirect access via the features call forwarding or call transfer is permitted (C - B - A). Direct calls to the public network are permitted (A --> C).
