 I will start by asking questions about their previous
information e.g. which no. they took the last time.

 And which number they think we will take in this
lesson. Can you show me the number 19?
 Then I will introduce the no. 19.
Applying (low level):
Can you write the number 19?

 At the carpet we will count 19 object together.
 I will ask one of the students to come to the board Analyzing (high level):

Small Group Learning Centers: 15 minutes

Making a salad:

We will make a list of the ingredients that we will be using for the salad.
I will give the students different types of vegetables that are pre-cut and they will have to count 19 piece from each
vegetable they choose to put in their salad.

Let’s hop like a frog:

I will stick colored papers that looks like a leaf and it will contains numbers from 1 – 19 and the students should jump on
each leaf and count until they reach 19.

Closing activity: Time: 5-7 minutes


I will ask them how they can implement what they learned today in their real life.

Assessment for Learning:


I will ask them questions during the activities, I will let them count in front of me.
