Authority Pullout From Condo Unit

This letter authorizes the lessee of Unit XXX at ABCDEFG, Inc. to approve and sign forms on behalf of the lessor to remove furniture, fixtures, equipment, and personal belongings from the unit, with the exception of a few enumerated items that are the property of the lessor and may only be removed for repair or replacement with express permission. This authority is valid until the end date of the lease contract or until a specified date, and any violation of the lease terms by the lessee will automatically rescind this authority.

OUT, EXTRACT or PULL-OUT from said unit of any and all furniture, fixtures, equipment and
personal belongings, with the EXCEPTION of the following:

The above-enumerated items are properties of the LESSOR and may only be pulled out of the

This Authority shall only be valid for the duration of the lease contract between LESSOR and
LESSEE or until ______________. Any violation of the terms of the contract by the LESSEE
automatically rescinds this authority.
