Matters Arising Action/Decision

DILG Memo we will submit our position to the


DILG.
, Joe, convene the Board right away so that
we can comply.
For the Cadet Guide, make the necessary
submission then we submit it to the Board of
Trustees. For the textbooks, I have already
given instructions.

We have to do that fast. We have


allocated P9M all we have to do is spend it.
Now we are under spending. Part of it will
be used by the NPC. So we have to fast track
the procurement. Give least priority to
general education subjects because we are
revising the BSPS Curriculum aligned to K-12.
SO we will prioritize specialization subjects.
In our meeting last week, we are going to
introduce some amendments to
accommodate the requirements of the PNP
especially the Chiefs of Police Course, the
Incident One System because of the disaster
and the Community Immersion Program
which will be part of your Cadet Attachment
Program.

What happened to the Storage Facility? We


have allocated to you P20M. What is the
status of our request that will help in the
facility improvement of the PNPA?
The priority is for Admin to fill up all the
vacant positions. Joe, how many are still not
filled up? Get the numbers and prioritize the
PNPA. For the Tactical Officers we are
limited by ranks but we can make some
arrangements. For the unfilled positions
both teaching and non-teaching make it a
priority. Don’t forget that we can request
from other Bureaus Fire and Jail so that we
will have complement especially for tactical
officers.

Make sure of the joint training adapted by


the OCD and the Fire. Do they already have
numbers?
