    In a family there is a grandmother who has recently experienced a decline in


    memory.
    For example : half an hour ago my grandmother had eaten, now my grandmother asked
    for more food and said that she was hungry yet given her food.
    Even when the grandmother went for a walk she forgot to go home to her house

    CONVERSATION
    Wife : Mom, eat first, I have prepared food and milk.
    Grandmother : Thank you, but do I like to drink this milk?
    Husband : Yes mom, every day you drink this milk
    Child : If grandma doesn't want to, let me drink it.
    Wife : You, this is milk for old people, do you want to be an old man?
    Child : Hehehe no mom.

    (The grandmother ate and drank what was prepared. But after half an hour later she spoke
    to her grandson ...)

    Grandmother : Please tell your mother, I am hungry and haven't eaten yet
    Child : Did you forget Grandma? instead of half an hour ago you ate and
    drank milk.
    Grandmother : What wrong with you? I'm hungry, I haven't eaten. Go tell your
    mother.
    Child : Okay grandma.

    (in the living room the child tells his parents that his grandmother is asking for more
    food)

    Child : Ma, Pa, grandmother is angry.


    Husband : Why is grandma angry? are you naughty?
    Child : No Pa, Grandma was angry because she said she hadn't eaten before
    and now she's hungry.
    Wife : Grandma had breakfast together with us
    Child : Yes ma'am, now she is increasingly forgetful
    Husband : How could this happen ? the mother's situation is increasingly
    alarming. Just yesterday she forgot to go home
    Wife : What if we go to the hospital for him?
    Child : Yes, I agree, just check him in the hospital, rather than getting worse

    (Because of the worrisome condition of grandmother, finally her grandmother was taken
    to the hospital by her family to be examined.)

    (In Hospital)
    Doctor : Good Morning, Is there anything I can help? (shake hands) please sit
    down
    Husband :Good Morning Doctor, I want to check my mother's condition
    Doctor : Ok Sir. Hello Mam Good morning, what is your name?
    Grandmother : My name is ….
    Doctor : Ok Mam, how old are you?
    Grandmother : I am...ehh wait a minute, I try to remember it. Ahh I can’t remember
    my age.
    Doctor : It’s ok mom. What about your date of birth?
    Grandmother : Sorry, but I really don’t remember when I was born.
    Wife : Doctor, can see for yourself how my mother is. She doesn't
    remember anything.
    Doctor : Ok Mom. I saw the history of maternal illness first. Here it is written
    that the mother has a history of Diabetes Militus and Hypertension.
    Ok follow me mom, I’ll check you out.

    (the doctor carries out a physical examination to the grandmother)
