Important Notes For The Completion of Form DCA 607: (Note 2)

This document provides important notes for completing Form DCA 607 regarding pilot experience and flight time logging. It outlines different pilot roles like P1, P1 U/S, P2, and how to record flight time for each. For a co-pilot to log time as P1 U/S, certain conditions must be met including conducting take-offs and landings and resolving all flight issues without oversight. Instrument time can be logged for actual or simulated instrument flying. For helicopter licenses, time as P2 is counted at half the normal rate.
