Fab N Sew Garmenents Automation: Software Development Project
The purpose of this document is to collect and analyze all assorted ideas that define
Automation software for Fab N Sew garments. In addition, we hope to provide guidelines
regarding how our software application will be used, outline concepts and document ideas,
which may be used or dropped as the application development is completed. Also, the purpose
of this proposal is to provide a detailed overview of our software product, its parameters and
goals.
Company Profile
Ant Colony Technologies is a private limited software company based in Cochin, Kerala. We
build intelligent software systems, which are primarily cloud based CRM projects for Office
Automation, Customer Relationship Maintenance, Marketing Automation, Team Management,
Documents Management and Mobile Learning. Our objective is to provide smart, responsive
and flexible automation tools for service oriented industries.

Scope of Work
The project consists of designing and developing the Online Application with following

The system will be studied and analyzed to create the design and application elements. The
functional specifications will be developed to aid the development process. The system will be
developed according to the functional specifications. Testing and bug fixing will be conducted
for Quality Assurance. User manual will be prepared and finally the website will be implemented.
Application Description
Our main aim is to increase the efficiency of system and reduce human errors and
provide high quality services to the customers of the Fab N Sew Garments. This
application will help admin to automaize complete activities of their business. This
business management application is designed to make it easy to maintain detailed
records of leads ,customers,orders, works , and track production progress.
Module Descriptions
Automate sales and customer support section. All the customer relationship activity will
be managed by this module. Customer details, Style Management, follow-up reminders,
Purchase order generation, Order Progress and Credit/Debit Finance details can be managed in
this section.
Styles can be categorized by Brand, Color, Size or Price etc. Importing the dimensions
from the textile design works, it is possible to get the estimate of an order. This indicates the
quantum of resources viz. Material, Labor, Assets, Time & Tenders and Worksheet with Terms &
Conditions
. With our order scheduling solution, easily keep track of your job schedules in real-time
and know that your schedule information is always up-to-date. Daily work sheet will be

All Orders can be managed in this module. All order work flow can be monitored
and managed by this module. With our order management section, you can create and
track all of the tasks related to order. From the project control screen, team managers can

fully functional, inventory tracking system that maintains complete control over stock

Usability: Simplicity, user friendly, clean visual design, and ease of operation for the end-
User will be high-priority considerations at each stage of the development process.
Third Parties Services: We (Ant Colony Technologies Private Ltd) use third party services
for Payment gateway, Webhosting and SMS services. Client responsibility to purchase all
third party services.
Privacy: We are responsible to assure the privacy and security of client’s information.
Testing: Application will be tested for compatibility with all common operating systems,
browsers and monitor resolutions according to standard company policy
Change Orders: The addition of pages or significant functions or features not specified
here may result in additional costs; Ant Colony Technologies Pvt Ltd will make this clear
via Change Orders.
Schedule: Work will begin on the projects within one week of signing of contract and
receipt of deposit payment. Approximately 30 days will be required from start to finish,
assuming that the processes of providing content, feedback, purchase materials
needed(SMS, mail, etc.) and approval are free from delays.
Maintenance : Ant Colony Technologies shall be responsible for fixing any defects or
bugs that occur because of the code or program developed by Ant colony Technologies
within the first three months (90 days) from date the application hosted .It is to be
noted that any tasks or enhancements or feature specification change or architecture
changes related task beyond the functional requirements given in this agreement, shall
not be considered as bugs or defects in the code, and those shall be done by Ant colony
Technologies by taking separate time efforts and at the cost of 300 per man hour.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Republic of INDIA shall govern this agreement. Any disputes or problems
arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in
or near Cochin, Kerala, INDIA
Please Note: After the client has signed off on the creative and structural definitions,
any changes may affect the timeline and/or the budget of the project.
