 Safety Director: Participated courses on how to maintain proper safety. Developed essential skills to ages 7-16 and lead
them through leadership and teamwork challenges. Authorized and prepared daily schedules for weekly activities.

Camp Director August 2015 - Current Part Time

 Created Excel documents and spread sheets dealing with composing schedules, creating forms for different programs, editing
spreadsheets for payroll, background checks and other important Excel documents. Maintained program to insure smooth
process.

 Administers the hiring of staff and making final hiring decisions. Trained employees in week long orientations on how to
deal with difficult situations and how to adapt to the job.

 Coordinates recruitment parties for both staff and campers across Texas in Austin, Lubbock, El Paso, Etc.
