DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF THE ESTATE OF SUSANA R. SAN PEDRO


WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of the Estate of Susana R. San Pedro (the
decedent) with waiver of rights is entered into by and among:

GRACIANO REA SAN PEDRO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident
of Lot 38, Block 8, North Olympus Subdivision, Phase 4, Novaliches, Quezon City;

GLENN MICHAEL ROSALES SAN PEDRO, of legal age, Filipino, married


to Kristine Ann Melendez – San Pedro with residence at Lot 38, Block 8, North Olympus
Subdivision, Phase 4, Novaliches, Quezon City;

GERALD NOEL ROSALES SAN PEDRO, of legal age, Filipino, single and
living at Lot 38, Block 8, North Olympus Subdivision, Phase 4, Novaliches, Quezon City;

(hereinafter, collectively referred to as the “Parties”)

WITNESSETH, that;

WHEREAS, we are the only surviving heirs of the decedent who died on
September 2, 2017 and who at the time of death was a resident of Lot 38, Block 8, North
Olympus Subdivision, Phase 4, Novaliches, Quezon City;

WHEREAS, the decedent died intestate, without last will and testament, and
without any outstanding debt in favor of any person or entity;

WHEREAS, the decedent left the following real and personal properties:

WHEREAS, Mr. Graciano Rea San Pedro and Mr. Gerald Noel Rosales San
Pedro have voluntarily waived and made a general renunciation of their shares in the
decedent estate;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and pursuant


to the provisions of Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties have agreed,
as they hereby agree, to extrajudicially settle, divide and adjudicate among themselves,
the properties of the estate listed below, net of any claim, in the following manner:

The parties hereby agree that this deed shall be the full and complete settlement
of their hereditary share in the estate of the decedent. Further, the parties agree to cause
a notice of this extrajudicial settlement to be published once a week for three (3)
consecutive weeks in newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.

acknowledgment is written, was signed by the parties and their witnesses at the bottom
of the last page and at the left hand margin of each and every page hereof.
