1. The Course Coordinator is to write an Addendum of Lecture Plan to be attached to the existing Lecture
C Lesson Plan (RPP-04) Plan.
2. This Addendum only covers 5 weeks SLT hours changes from "Guided Learning F2F" to "Guided Learning
NF2F".
F2F - Face to Face ; NF2F - None Face to Face 3. An example Addendum will be given out as a guide to help all Course Coordinators.
D Assessment QUIZZES and ASSIGNMENTS 1. Conduct all necessary Quizzes and Assignments using the creatively selected DL methods.

a. This SECOND OPTION is to be carried out Face to Face in UTHM when students return to campus physically.
b. Lecturers to make necessary bookings for EXAM HALL when return to campus.
F Assessment PROJECTS within courses 1. The implementation of the Project within each course is based on the creativity of the lecturer.
2. The nature of Project work is still to be group based. The lecturer through the group leaders should
distribute and delegate the Project work to group members using suitable DL methods or communication
methods as simple as telephone calls.
3. Project presentation and submission can be completed between 31st May to 27th June when students
return to campus physically.
4. It is highly recommended that lecturer request for Video presentation instead of F2F presentation. This will
reduce congestion of work in the last 4 weeks.
3. You are to plan to finish the syllabus within this 5 weeks. Make early plans with the Course Coordinators.

4. For Laboratory courses, in general, there are 5 to 6 experiments which comprised of 4 conventional
method experiments and 2 open-ended method experiments. Course Coordinators must make adjustments
and plan ahead to complete the syllabus.
5. For Studio courses in BFR programme, a special arrangement will be made where sessions will extend until
after Final Exam in order to comply to the required SLT hours.
