    Do’s and Don’ts During Virtual Classes

    • Come on time. You must be able to join the zoom meeting 10 or 15 minutes
    before the start of virtual class.
    • Mute your audio when you’re not talking or when the presentation or discussions
    start. Unmute your audio if you have any questions.
    • If you have any questions, you may text your question on the “chat box”. or raise
    your hands if you have any questions, comments, suggestions or if you want to
    excuse yourself.
    • Use the chat box for greetings
    • Put your cellphone to silent mode
    • Wear the proper attire
    • Speak up when asked
    • Stay seated and stay present
    • Find a designated place in your home where there’ll be no interruptions. In case
    you will be in your bedroom, NO LYING DOWN IN BED. NO SLEEPING
    • NO EATING while presentation/lecture/discussion is on going
    • Discussion can/may continue after the end of the virtual class, as/if needed.
    • Strictly observe proper discipline and courtesy during zoom meeting
    • Use your complete name in the zoom meeting
    • FAILURE TO OBEY OF THESE RULES FOR THE SECOND TIME WILL BE TERMINATED!
