Pinggang Pinoy thought me on how to limit the food I take. Since my goal from
the very start is to lose 2klg of my weight. It is not easy for me to decrease my weight
because the past months I have been abusing myself eating junk foods and some
foods that makes my weight increase. Although after I see my self on the mirror and I
feel irritate to the clothes I wear so that I started to make myself fit until this subject
came PATHFIT-2 and I saw how the progress changing day by day.
Complying Pinggang Pinoy and daily national guide requirement is not easy to
follow but for me I encourage myself to do it properly since I have goal where I want to
lose weight. As a teenager I always want to be fit and I also want to have a sexy body,
so that I limit the food I take and also, I do some exercises to maintain my weight and
pursues the body goal I want. Sometimes I cheat to the foods because I can’t control
myself. I am getting the right nutrition for growth and development in following those
healthy tips of Pinggang Pinoy as of today. Before the lockdown starts on our city, I
always eat some unhealthy foods and it always cause me to have a fat body, I don’t
care how much calories I’ve been getting for a whole day eating some different kind of
foods that have a high calorie and when I felt that I am getting fat I forced myself to
eat healthy foods to have get some nutrition and development of my body, when the
Covid-19 strike I eat healthy foods and also those foods who is mentioned at the
Filipino Pyramid Guide. My body was getting some benefits especially in getting
some nutrition to my body. I’d become much easier on eating some unhealthy foods.
As of today, I feel like my body was so healthier than the past few months.
It is really hard on doing it and following the daily national guide requirement
but believe on your progress, even if it is slow it is still a progress to improve your body
in doing some different level of physical activity. We must put our self on the brighter
side of doing it, physical activities are so much entertaining to do. You need to relax
and do some physical activities for at least five times per week. So, if there were time if
there are events to engage different levels of physical activity is you are ready to face
and perform it without any hesitations.
