Submitting here my accomplishment from March 9-13, 2020.

On or about 0800H 9 March, I together with my buddies reported to JO2 CHRIS MINA at the
BJMP District Jail. On this day I accomplished the following: I, together with my buddy Intern Layco
was encharge at the Visitors Assistance Desk for frisking, checking/inspecting of bags and proper body
searching to those person going inside the jail.
On or about 0800H 10 March, OJT Inters of QSU Cabarroguis and QSU Diffun assigned at
BJMP District Jail reported to J/INSP. JAMES M. BALTAZAR for duty. On this day I, accomplished the
following: I, together with Intern Layco and Intern Rivera joined the female BJMP personnels at the
Cabarroguis Town Hall for the WOMENS CELEBRATION MONTH with the Theme “We Make
Change, Work for Women, on the afternoon I, together with Intern Layco accompanied JO1 Mariano
going to the Town Hall for some documents to be signed.
On or about 0800H 11 March, I together with my company reported to JO3 ALLAN DARWYN
G. MANEJA at the BJMP District Jail for our duty. On that day, I accomplished the following: I, together
with my buddy Intern Layco assigned at the visitor’s assistance desk make sure that the service provider
of BJMP will write their name first before they proceed at the hall, on the afternoon we do frisked,
searched/inspect the things and properly conducted body searching to those people going inside the jail,
then we joined the BJMP Escort for the hearing of the PDL.
On March 12, 2020 at about 0800H I, together with my buddies reported at BJMP Cabarroguis
specifically to Atty. EMERALD HOMBREBUENO JSINSP of the District jail. On that day, I
accomplished the following: I proceed to my post and make sure that the service provider of BJMP will
take down their names at the logbook for service provider before they proceed at the hall, on the
afternoon I, together with my buddy Intern Layco joined the BJMP personnel at the court for the PDL
hearing then at exactly 1600H we conducted operation GREYHOUND at the cell of PDL and confiscated
contrabands.
On March 13, 2020 at about 7030H I arrived at the Criminology Laboratory for our class
discussion and weekly reporting. For this day, I accomplished this: I’ve done doing the weekly report
requirements of OJT Intern.

Submitting here my accomplishment from March 2-6, 2020.
On or about 0800H 2 March I, together with my company reported to JO2 FERNANDO
CAMPOS Desk Officer for the day at BJMP Cabarroguis. For that day I accomplished this: I together
with my buddy Intern Layco done frisking, searching/inspecting things and properly searched a person
going inside the jail.
On March 3, 2020 at about 0800H I, together with my buddies reported at BJMP Cabarroguis
District Jail specifically to JO3 MADELYN VICENTE for our duty. On this day, I accomplished the
following: I, together with my company done counselling and small talks for us to improve and observe
everything during our time in BJMP, I, together with my buddy Intern Layco go around the BJMP post to
have the signature of personnel who have their duty that day, on the afternoon we, female inters do the
frisking, searching/inspecting things and persons going inside the jail, then at about 1600H we prepared
our self and I, together with my buddy Intern Layco played Badminton with JO2 JINETH Y. YAP & JO2
CHERRY GIL S. SALADINO.
On or about 0800H 4 March I, together with my company reported to JO2 CHRIS MINA Desk
Officer of the day at the BJMP Cabarroguis District Jail for our duty. On that day, I together with my
buddy Intern Layco accomplished the following: we take down the Brand name, Serial number, color and
model of our cellphones then we properly turn over it to JO2 JESSIE OCAMPO, we joined the BJMP
Escort personnel to the court for the hearing of the PDL, and on the afternoon we’ve done frisking,
searching/inspecting of bags and person going inside the jail, we put the cut papers to the tarpaulin in
preparation for the dental mission tomorrow, then at about 1600H Atty. EMERALD HOMBREBUENO
discussed some part of the Revised Penal Code with us, the female intern.
On about 0800H 5 March I together with my company reported at BJMP Cabarroguis District Jail
particularly to J/INSP JAMES M. BALTAZAR for our duty. On this day I, together with my buddy Intern
Layco accomplished the following: we assisted Dr. GWEN M. BIT-TAO and BRO. MARLON
GABATIN Service provider of BJMP Cabarroguis conducting the Dental Mission for the PDL, and on
the afternoon we do frisking, searching/inspecting things and persons going inside the jail again.
On March 6, 2020 at about 7030H I arrived at the Criminology Laboratory and waited for further
announcement from Sir. Romeo Nanglihan Jr. That day I’ve decided to scan some books at the library.

Submitting here my accomplishment from February 24-28, 2020.
At about 0800H 24 February I together with my company reported to BJMP Cabarroguis District
Jail specifically to J/INSP JAMES M. BALTAZAR for our duty. On that day I accomplished the
following: I together with the female OJT Intern did frisking, searching/inspecting bags and also properly
searching those persons going inside the jail and for the afternoon we finally have our proper orientation
conducted by JO3 MADELYN VICENTE.
On February 25 at about 0800H I together with my buddies reported to JO2 CHRIS MINA at
BJMP Cabarroguis for our duty. On that day I together with my buddy Intern Layco accomplished the
following: again we inspect and searched everything going inside the jail and we properly conducted
body searched, we proceed at the tower and learned the assembly and dis assembly of long and short fire
arm, and for the afternoon we recite the BJMP Vision and BJMP Mission and recitation of assignments.
On or about 0800H of February 26, we reported to JO2 OCAMPO for our duty. On this day we
accomplished the following: we observed the activity of the PDL, J/INSP ALLAN JAY SUNICO
conducted short discussion about EO70, for the afternoon JO2 OCAMPO discussed the contents of
carpeta, then at about 1600H we have our exercise.
At about 0800H of February 27, I together with my company reported to J/INSP ALLAN JAY
SUNICO for our duty. ON this day I, together with my buddy Intern Layco accomplished the following:
we walked around the BJMP compound in order to have the signature of JO2 HAJJI CAMPOS, JO2
FERNANDO CAMPOS and JO1 JAMES O. RAMITERRE, and for the afternoon we’ve done again
frisking/ inspecting/searching all the things and persons going in and out the jail.
On February 28 2020 at about 0800H, the company reported to JO2 RODEL P> DE GUZMAN
for our duty. That day we accomplished this: frisking of person and properly conducted body searching in
order to avoid the entry of contrabands inside the jail, we also searched the things brought by the visitors,
then at exactly 1500H OJT Intern together with the personnel conducted the operation GREYHOUND for
the confiscation of contrabands if ever there maybe.

On or about 0800H 20 February I, together with my buddies reported to JO2 FERNANDO
CAMPOS at the BJMP Cabarroguis District Jail for our duty. That day we accomplished the following:
Class discussion conducted by SJO1 LEONCITO G. GABRILLO, it’s all about the BJMP vision, mission
and mandates and in the afternoon our duty finally started, I together with my buddy Intern Mendoza
proceed at the Visitors Assistance Desk, we started frisking, searching/inspecting of everything and every
person going inside the jail.
On February 21 at exactly 7030H I arrived at the Criminology Laboratory for our weekly
reporting and class discussion to Sir. Romeo B. Nanglihan Jr. We waited for the further announcement
and instructions.
