BARANGAY COGON ALANGALANG, LEYTE HELD AT BARANGAY HALL ON SEPTEMBER 04,
2021.

Absent: None

CALL TO ORDER:
The regular session was call to order by the Hon. Juanito I. Pedrera, Punong Barangay
at 8:00 am in the morning, whom continued to preside over the session;

ROLL TO CALL:
The presiding officers ask the barangay secretary to call the roll. Thereafter a quorum
was declared the barangay councils are all present.

APPROVED OF THE MINUTES OF THE SESSION:


The barangay secretary was request to read the minutes of the previous session on
motion of barangay kagawad Riza G. Catindoy seconded by the present of the sangguniang
barangay council be it; the minutes of the previous session was approved as read.

CALENDAR OF THE DAY:

1. The barangay tackled about the Seminar attended by Brgy. Chairman.


2. The council is not allowed to increase honorarium in this time of pandemic.
3. The barangay council must take response in every activity.
4. The opening of Grade 7 in the barangay.
5. BHW/BNS volunteer in the drive for vaccination at Civic Center.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no matter to be discussed the punong barangay adjourned the session at
exactly 11:00 in the morning.
