Sa estimate sa firm namin, half ng total materials ay cost ng labor so
Material cost x 1.5labor = total cost. Kasama na miscellaneous sa material cost
pero mag-aadd pa ng contingency sa pagtotal ng projected cost.
Pero trick ng boss ko, ididivide ang contingency every material, so say
masonry, metalworks, ceiling, doors&windows, etc may increase na sa
contingency kaya kahit di babayarin ni client (w/c most of the time
mangyayari) ang contingency ay parang nabayaran pa rin nya haha

HISTORY
The Berlin Palace has been rebuilt.

Royal residence of the House of Hohenzollern from 1443 to 1918. It was damaged by
bombing in 1945 and later demolished by the communists in the 1950s.

Its modernist replacement was demolished in 2009 and reconstruction started in 2013.

the Philippines, as means of defense and as vantage point to sight the migration of fish.
