    CITY RESOLUTION NO. 066-08-2021

    RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING CDC RESOLUTION NO. 01-2021 TITLED "A
    RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO THE 8TH TUGUEGARAO CITY COUNCIL THE AMENDMENT
    OF THE CITY COMPREHE1VSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) 2019-2025 TO INCLUDE CITY
    DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT (CDRRM) BUILDING

    WHEREAS, Section 106 of the Local Government Code of 1991 provides that each local
    government unit shall have a comprehensive mulfi-sectoral development plan to be initiated by its
    development council and approved by its sangggunian;

    WHEREAS, pursuant to the above provision, the Eighth City Council during its 131" Regular
    Session held on May 28, 2019 adopted and approved CDC Resolution No. 02-2019 titled "RESOLUTION
    ENDORSING TO THE 7th TUGUEGARAO CITY COUNCIL THE APPROVAL OF THE TUGTJEGARAO
    CITY COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLA1V (CDP) CY 2019-2025";

    WHEREAS, the City Mayor, Hon. Atty. Jefferson P. Soriano, has forwarded to the Eighth City
    Council CDC Resolution No. 01-2021 titled "A Resolution Endorsing to the 8th Tuguegarao ClOi Council
    the Amendment of the City Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) 2019-2025 to include City Disaster
    Risk Reduction and Management (CDRRM) Building" for consideration and approval;

    WHEREAS, the Eighth City Council during its 72"d Regular Session held on Januaiy 19, 2021
    found the said CDC Resolution No. 01-2020 to be in order, with merit and beneficial to the constituents of
    the City.

    NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVE, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to adopt and approve CDC


    Resolution No. 01-2021 titled "A Resolution E'ndorsing to the 8th Tuguegarao City Council the Amendment
    of the City Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) 2019-2025 to include City Disaster Risk Reduction
    and Management (CDRR11/1) Building."

    On motion of Hon. Danilo L. Baccay, duly seconded by Hon. Raymund P. Guzman and without
    any objection, CITY RESOLUTION NO. 066-08-2021 was APPROVED under suspended rules.
