RESOLUTION OF THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS


COMMITTEE (BAC) OF BOSQUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RECOMMENDING THE
SHOPPING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF janitorial supplies for Health and sanitary.

WHEREAS, the Department of Education, Bosque Elementary School of Nueva Ecija, needs to
procure of Janitorial supplies for health and sanitary .

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) after reviewing and validating the needs to
procure Janitorial supplies for Health and sanitary purposes. requested by Juvelyn N. Ojo with an
Approved Budget amounting four thousand three hundred sixty pesos (Php. 4360.00)

WHEREAS, on motion of Juvelyn N. Ojo duly seconded by Maggie Frances P. Rico that the
janitorial supplies for health and sanitary of School will be procured through Shopping Section 52;

NOW THEREFORE, We, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby,
RESOLVE, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to recommend to the Head of Procuring Entity, the use of
Shopping mode procurement, as alternative method of procurement for the procurement of goods not
exceeding Php 50,000.00, pursuant to Section 52 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations of Republic Act 9184;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished all concerned for their
information and appropriate action

Done in the Municipality of Llanera, Nueva Ecija, this 12th day of July 2022.
