SFS-CP-03 SunForSon Car Park system

Planning and Installation Guide

We congratulate you on choosing the Sunforson CarPark systems.

The standard prerequisite for the selection and use of components is to ensure trouble-free operation of
our photovoltaic systems by providing excellent quality.
We would like to point out that the following instructions for installing our systems on site, are only
recommendations based on current state of technology and experience. Since, however, individual
requirements must be taken account of frequently, we recommend to seek expert advice so that such
requirements of your system, if any, are appropriately considered.

A1. Major Structure:
a). According to the design gauge spacing between the Foundation Bolt Group and make the
Concrete(3100mm*300mm*700mm).

b) Install the major structure.

1).Use the main beam Connector to connect the beam. Put the half of the Connector 200mm to the beam and use 24Tapping Screw 6.3*25

to fix.

2). Installed the main beam with the M10*30 Bolt&Nut&Spring/Flat Washer, 220mmFix Feet B, 360mm Fix Feet B.Mark the installed

Position line with the marking pen on the Main Beam follow the PIC.

3). Installed the Tube Leg and the 360mm Fix Feet A with the M18 Bolt &Nut &spring washer &Flat Washer. Put the major structure

on the concrete blocks, and make the Foundation Bolt through the360mm Fix Feet A. Lock the M20Nut and Finished the Major Structure

installation

A2. Solar Mounting System:

a). Install the SunRack Rail IV.
Install the rail with the rail clamp,as the follow picture

5 / 9
Use the Rail Connector to connect the rail. Put the half of the Rail Connector 200mm to the Rail IV and use four Tapping Screw

6.3*19 to fix. Install the next Rail IV to the other half rail connector, fix by another four Tapping Screw 6.3*19

Put all of the Rail IV(one Rail line) on the major structure as follow. Bb

6 / 9
.Move the Rail clamp C2 to fix the SunRack Rail IV. After it loosen the Rail Clamp C1 to fix the SunRack Rail IV too. Repeat this

steps to fix all of the Rail Clamp on this Rail line.

b). Install the Solar Panel.

The install solution: Use clamp modules (End clamp bolt with M8*22,Spring Washer and Trapezoid-module, Mid clamp bolt with

M8*45,Spring Washer and Trapezoid-module,for the 40mm Panel) to lock solar panels to the SunRack Rail IV.

7 / 9
1).Install the Solar Panel with the End clamp in the beginning of SunRack Rail IV.

Slide the end clamp tightly against the Trapezoid-module and fasten tightly using the Allen bolt (recommended torque is 8 Nm) as

depicts the below picture.

2). Install the Solar Panel with the Mid-Clamp.

(i). Slide the preassembled Mid clamp into the rails from above, place it firmly against the module and fasten loosely (approx. 2 - 3 turns).

ii) Input the next Solar panel as follow, and lock the mid-clamp (recommended torque is 8 N.m).

8 / 9
iii) Repeat steps i)~ii),install solar panel.

3). Install the Solar Panel with the End clamp in the end of the PV line.

Place the last module in the row on the rails (with the first row of modules, take care that the anti-slip protection sits properly in the

rail channel) and fasten the last Mid-module clamp and the module end clamp using the Allen key.

4) Install the earth lug at the end of Rail
