Item: Street name changes related to (A) revised layout of Boring Boulevard,
Cutterhead Crossing, Waterjet Way and Porpoise Place; and (B) removal of
Shield Street, Cassette Court, Liner Lane, and Gadot Gulch; all associated with
Development Services Application #2022-2460; Julie Sommerfeld

Background Information:
On September 12, 2022, Commissioners Court approved item #34 to establish street names
for roads located east of FM 1209 and south of FM 969, as permitted under Development
Services application #2022-2460 (known as “Project Amazing”). Since that time, a revised
layout was submitted –and subsequently approved by Development Services, which (1)
reduced the number of roads from eight to four; and (2) altered the layout of the four remaining
roads.

SUBJECT: Street names affected by changes to the arrangement of roads; including a reduction

Discussion and possibleaction: Approve/recognize street name changes related to (A) revised layout of Boring
Boulevard, Cutterhead Crossing, Waterjet Way and Porpoise Place; and (B) removal of Shield Street, Cassette
Court, Liner Lane, and Gadot Gulch; all associated with Development Services Application #2022-2460.

Location: PID: 38279 Legal Description: A5 BANGS, J. MANUEL, ACRES 69.8940


Access is located off of FM 1209 near FM 969

Property Owners: Gapped Bass, LLC

Background: On September 12, 2022, Commissioners Court approved item #34 to establish
street names for roads located east of FM 1209 and south of FM 969, as
permitted under Development Services application #2022-2460 (known as
“Project Amazing”). Since that time, a revised layout was submitted –and
subsequently approved by Development Services, which (1) reduced the
number of roads from eight to four; and (2) altered the layout of the four
remaining roads.

Recommendations: Staff is recommends approval/recognition.

The following proposed street names have been approved and reserved:
