    SUBJECT: NOTICE OF WARNING LETTER FOR TARDINESS AND RECURRENT ABSENCE FROM WORK

    Dear Mr Amos,

    This letter serves as an official written warning regarding your recurrent late coming and absence
    from work. You have been given severally verbal warnings for coming to work late, absconding work
    and taking leave without prior permission or approval. The details of your absence are as follows;

     4th to 5th October 2022


     7th October 2022
     25th to 27th October 2022
     23rd to 25th November 2022
     14th to 16th December 2022
     4th to 6th January 2023

    Such action of always coming to work late, leaving before the official closing time and taking
    unauthorised absence is considered misconduct on your part and makes you liable for action. If your
    attitude to work does not improve, the management will be forced to take further disciplinary
    actions which will include a query, suspension or final dismissal.

    A copy of this letter will be placed in your employment file; you are hereby required to write an
    explanation letter describing your action within two working days of receiving this letter before the
    appropriate disciplinary action is taken.
