Role:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources function of the company.
This includes recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee benefits and
compensation, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will work
closely with other members of the management team to ensure that the HR function supports
the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire new employees, including conducting job interviews, screening
candidates, and making offers
Manage employee benefits and compensation, including administering health
insurance, and other benefit programs
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including those related to
performance management, disciplinary action, and termination
Maintain employee records and files, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
and regulations
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, such as benefits,
leave policies
Collaborate with other members of the management team to align HR strategies with
the overall goals and objectives of the organization
Conducting new employee orientation and onboarding
Handling employee relations, including addressing and resolving any issues or concerns
Managing performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Overseeing training and development programs
