What is L-carnitine and what does it do?
Carnitine is a substance that helps the body turn fat into energy. Your body makes it in the liver and
kidneys and stores it in the skeletal muscles, heart, brain, and sperm.

MORE ENERGY DURING WORKOUT

As your body’s capacity for fat-burning rises, so does your energy level. L-carnitine not only helps you
increase the amount of fat burned with every workout, but you also get more energy for better workouts
and an active lifestyle.
L-CARNITINE BOOSTS YOUR METABOLISM TO HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT

Taking that energy increase into your exercise routine will allow you to perform with more intensity,
providing a boost to your metabolism. A more efficient metabolism significantly aids your weight loss
program because you’ll increase the amount of calories you’re able to burn—even at rest.

When should you take L-carnitine?

If your plan is to use this supplement to optimise energy during your workout, it's best to take it prior to
working out. Most scientific studies recommend taking L-carnitine about one hour prior to exercise.

Carnitine for GYM

Carnitine has been shown to effect muscle growth both directly and in-directly. Taking Carnitine also
helps improve the body’s ability to recover both during and after training. This allows for longer, harder
training sessions that can occur more often. This also has an impact on the body’s ability to build muscle
mass.

How long L carnitine in your system ?

start working from day one and in just one month, you will be able to see substantial results. In the first month,
you will notice that you feel more energetic than before as your body is easily able to convert fat into energy

how long l carnitine take to work ?

60 – 90 minutes after administered

Weight Loss

L-carnitine weight loss results are fantastic. This is because it makes your body more efficient at burning fat and
converting it into energy. So, your fat doesn’t get stored in your system. And since you feel extremely energised,
you can exercise without any difficulty.
Carnitine & Building Muscle

Carnitine works in a number of ways to help build lean muscle mass. Carnitine can have both a direct
and indirect impact on muscle growth. Carnitine directly helps in muscle building by increasing the flow
of blood into the muscles. This increased blood flow enhances the flow of nutrients to the working
muscle with obvious performance benefits.

What is Vitamin D ?

Vitamin D is both a nutrient we eat and a hormone our bodies make. It is a fat-soluble vitamin that has
long been known to help the body absorb and retain calcium and phosphorus; both are critical for
building bone

defisiensi vitamin D.

how long vitamin d stay in our system ?

Vitamin D undergoes two hydroxylations in the body for activation. Calcitriol (1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3), the
active form of vitamin D, has a half-life of about 15 h, while calcidiol (25-hydroxyvitamin D3) has a half-life of
about 15 days.

How long does it take for vitamin D to work?

Generally, it takes a few weeks of taking vitamin D injenction for vitamin D levels in the
body to rise. Each 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 taken every 14 days is expected to raise
blood levels of 25(OH)D by 10 ng/ml after a few weeks.
