The suspects allegedly gained entry through an unlocked window and stole the cash. The police are preparing documents to file charges against the suspects with the Batangas City Prosecutor's Office.

    1. Reference: SMS Report of this station with subject same as above dated
    September 26, 2022
    2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that at about
    11:00 AM of September 26, 2022, victim identified as LOIDA CAYETANO y
    HERNANDEZ, female, 40 years old, married, businesswoman, native and resident
    of Brgy Mahabang Dahilig, Batangas City appeared at Batangas CPS to file a
    complaint against the suspects identified as: 1. NELSON BALADING y GABIOLA
    @ DEMAS, male, 29 years old, single, cook; and 2. WINDEL MARQUEZ NMN,
    male, legal age, single, unemployed and both resident of Sitio Bagong Umaga, Brgy
    Tinga Labac, Batangas City for Robbery.

    3. Accordingly, on or about 10:40 PM of September 4, 2022 at Brgy


    Mahabang Dahilig, Batangas City, above named suspects gained entry to the
    victim’s house thru the unlock window on the second floor and once inside, took,
    stole and carried away the cash money of the victim amounting to Php 104,620.00.

    4. Necessary documents are being prepared for filing of appropriate charges


    against the suspects before the Batangas City Prosecutor Office.
