PREQUALIFICATION OF FIRMS
Please submit your application along with following information:-
1. Name of firm, complete address, telephone No., whether Manufacturer, Importer or
supplier with complete Profile. 2. Detail of staff and stock, machinery and equipment. 3. Name of the entrepreneur/proprietor and location of factory / show room. 4. Registration certificate of your firm/company. 5. Documentary evidence in respect of Income Tax and sales Tax registration along with Sales Tax returns for the last 12 months and Income Tax Returns for last three years. 6. Bank statement of scheduled bank of the firm / company for the last 3 years and bank certificates indicating financial status of the firm. 7. Undertaking (certify that firm never involved in any sort of litigation with any Govt. / semi Govt. department) and never black listed / defaulter with any Govt. / Semi Govt. Department on stamp paper (Rs. 100/-) 8. The firms providing incorrect information will be disqualified. 9. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. 10. The purchase committee has right to accept or refuse one or all applications at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules. 11. Interested firms/suppliers will submit application along with prequalification document fee Rs.1000/- and pre-qualification fee Rs.5000/- 12. The bidder will mention the name and address of its firm on envelope. 13. PPRA rules 2014 (Amended) will be followed in above said procurements. 14. The Last date for the receipt of applications will be 15th of June, 2022 at 02.00 pm 15. The Prequalification documents can be obtained from the office of Project Director, TEVTA-Wood Working Service Centre, Gujrat after the payment of fee amounting to Rs.1000/- (Non Refundable) upto 15th of June 2022 at 12.00 Noon 16. Prequalification Documents shall also be available to the bidders immediately after the publication at PPRA Website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and TEVTA website “www.tevta.gop.pk”.
