expectation of a good teacher because it is pervasive and inflexible and this also leads to
distress or impairment in cognition, behavior, and career success.

Discuss in 500 words how Personality Disorder affect teacher personality that can be
transmitted to their future students if not corrected.

Personality disorders can have a significant impact on a teacher's personality and can potentially
be transmitted to their future students if not corrected. These disorders affect a teacher's behavior
and interactions with students, leading to a negative classroom environment and hindering their
ability to effectively educate their students.

Personality disorders can manifest in maladaptive teaching styles and approaches. For example,
teachers with obsessive-compulsive personality disorder may have an excessive need for order,
perfectionism, and rigid adherence to rules and routines. In a classroom setting, this can result in
a teacher who is inflexible, unable to adapt to different learning styles, and reliant solely on rote
memorization and repetition. This can inhibit creativity, critical thinking, and individualized
