CAREER OBJECTIVE
To work as an intern with the aim of improving my professional work experience, contribute my
skills and competences to engineering higher growth perspective and success, increase the
organisation value along with the reputation of the firm, suggest innovations, initiatives and
solutions for achieving results while being inspired by the core values and ethics of the
organization to achieve the strategic mission and vision of the organisation. Looking for
opportunities to build myself for my future carrier has always been an important goal to me.
Learning new skills, both for professional and personal use, I believe opens bigger doors for me
in the future. I am ever ready to learn or pick up new tasks I know nothing about as this will
increase my capabilities. I believe in good communication and humility. I pay meticulous
attention to details, produce outstanding results in workspaces, and am very dedicated to duties
I am tasked with.
EXPERIENCE
• To provide guidance, feedback, and support to my mentees, served in various roles as a Model,
Teacher, Counsellor, Advisor, Advocate and Ally not just academically, but in accordance with the
specific goals and objectives discussed with the mentees in each case. RESPOSIBILITIES:
• Taking the initiative in the relationship with my mentees while simultaneously allowing. them to
take responsibility for their growth development and career planning.
• Scheduling meeting with mentees during periods both parties agreed to.
• Providing frank, honest and constructive feedback to mentees during scheduled meetings.
• Maintaining a professional relationship that doesn’t intrude on the mentee’s personal life
ROLE:
• Serving as a representative for both Lancaster University Ghana and residents of Camille Hostel
Lancaster University Ghana while facilitating the community for residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborating with other powers and authorities on and off campus to attend to the complaints
and needs of residents.
• Creation and management of a social media platform where residents can relay their concerns
and grievances.
• Preparing a report regarding the hostel service at the end of each term for the respective powers.
• Providing activities and events for the student body focusing on the needs of residents.
