Decision Rule Calculation Form

This document outlines a decision rule for finished product in/out tasting sessions. It specifies that 4 panellists should evaluate each sample and score them as in, just in, or out. The total score is calculated based on these designations and compared to a threshold to determine if the product should be released or not released. If the percentage of panellists scoring a sample as in is greater than 80%, the product is released. Otherwise, it is not released. Examples are provided for different scoring scenarios with 4 or more panellists.
