1 Mobilization of Equipment & Unauthorised Tools brought on to site. Ensure all tools shall be inspected & tagged
workers. from BHP and DEL E&P department prior
starting the job.
Un inducted &Unskilled Persons All persons are skilled and trained for the
job& they are fully aware of all hazards.
Un fit workers for Job. Ensure that all personnel are fit for the job
prior starting the job.
All personnel must be Undergone fitness for
work assessment thru Del Doctor.
Workers starting the job without JSA JSA must be in place prior to start the work.
Ensure that all personnel take part in the
toolbox meeting discussion& they are fully
aware of Job hazards.
Heat Stress. Due to Hot and Humid Weather Condition
ensure that Cold Water is readily available for
workers and proper shelter is available for
workers. And during job workers will take
proper rest.
Back Injury. Ensure all workers are using right teqnique
and posture for manual handling.

Damage to Existing Instruments While working take care of any existing /
installed equipment of Phase II.
