Supposed on this consignment having 3 colo

Guideline For Master Blanket Master Blanket after wash view

1. Cut the Fabric 10 inches xfull width & from


100% role & make blanket (4 set);
2. Washing plant will do a lighter wash &
segregate the role by closer shades for the each
individaul color;
3. Finally factory must need to do blanket over
on the specific color (as master blanket
distribution guide)

Guideline For Sub Blanket

1. For the easier way to make the sub blanket,


factory must kept each role cut pieces the
Color 2
moments master blanket made.
2. Stitch the blanket as guided from the master
blanket shades segregation /fabric role
allocation.
3. After got the sub blanket with the actual color
wash dyed , factory will anlaysis "how to alocate Color 3
shades" on the PO best possible to minimze the
variations .
