A nurse practitioner (NPS) is a registered nurse (RN) who possesses additional credentials such as a master's
degree, having graduated from a nurse practitioner program, and having obtained NPS certification. They offer
services to customers that are on par with those offered by medical professionals at the same level. NPs are
healthcare professionals who assess patients' health from a variety of angles, make medical and nursing
diagnoses, design and implement treatment plans, coordinate the delivery of health services to individuals,
families, and communities, and work to improve patients' quality of life by fostering a culture of health and
reducing the prevalence of disease and injury. In addition, NPs work to improve patients' quality of life by
coordinating the delivery of health services to individuals, families, and communities. By offering care that is
more all-encompassing and that is firmly rooted in nursing theory, nurse practitioners (NPs) have differentiated
themselves from the conventional model of medical practice. The surge in popularity can be attributed, in large
part, to the decreased costs associated with primary care as well as the improvements in patient outcomes. The
Myers-Briggs personality type ISFJ is one that does well in the setting of this particular workplace. Because of
the particular set of abilities and qualities that I possess, I believe that becoming a nurse practitioner would be
the most suitable profession for me to pursue. The fact that most of my boxes were either gold or blue provided
insight into both my personality and my perspective of the world. The findings backed up what I already knew
to be true, which is that becoming a nurse practitioner would be the most suitable career path for me.
