MESSAGE OF THE CHAIRMAN
The role of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Multan is to promote

learning and educating process through free and fair conduct of examination. BISE
Multan is an excellent organization under Punjab Higher Education Department,
with set goals to promote trust and confidence of general public in examination
procedure through highly refined, free of malpractice examination, original and
real marking and error free compilation of results.
At B.I.S.E, Multan, I am committed to impart and enhance the dignity of Multan

Board through excellent working, wonderful services to the students and parents
and restoring public confidence through the policy of maximum solution in
minimum time period. I, as Chairman, assure you all elements of transparency in
the conduct of examination. I am also committed to serve the respectful and kind
hearted citizens of Multan division by quick response to their grievances.
Remember that my doors are open to all as long as I am in office. Multan Board is
providing all kinds of online services and upgrading the Facilitation centre in
BISE, Multan where the students and parents are being provided various services
in minutes and hours instead of days and weeks in past.

main objective is to conduct fair, transparent and timely examinations for SSC and
HSSC candidates under the supervision of Higher Education Department, Govt. of
the Punjab. The Exams are being conducted according to the rules and regulations.
I would welcome your suggestions to improve the Exams system. This in

turn would enable me to provide better services to you all and it will help us to
achieve an efficient and transparent examinations system in line with international
standards.

of this huge assignment to conduct of fair and free examinations. Besides this,
Financial
nancial Model has also been introduced to strengthen the financial health of
BISE, Multan. It is also the prime responsibility of Secretary to provide logistic
support. BISE, Multan is committed to achieve this assigned task by establishing
its integrity through
hrough a policy of fair play, transparency and opportunity to all.
Right from its inception, this body is striving for the promotion of educational
norms through the delivery of high-quality

framework and professional obligations. On behalf of all my working partners, I

INTRODUCTION/PROCLAMATION.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS ARE EEXCEPTED. This result Gazette. is issued as a notice only. Any
entry appearing therein does not itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant

of a Certificate. However, the Board reserves the right of rectifying errors and omissions in the
result at any time.
The Secondary School, Certificate (1st Annual) Examination, 2024 commenced on 01.03.2024. The
2 Practical Examination continued upto 05-04-2024. The result is being declared on 09.07.2024 at
10.00am.
126771 Candidates applied for this Examination out of which 125896 candidates actually appeared

whom result is being declared through this Result Gazette.
The Result is being declared on Fail / Pass basis by following re-appearing chance under rules in the
a) 2nd Annual examination. The candidates who have passed the exam, their result has been mentioned
along with their Names / Roll Nos. and obtained marks.
The Candidates who appeared as fresh candidates in the Secondary School Certificate 1st Annual

b) Examination, 2024 but failed in any subject/s are eligible to re-appear till Secondary School Certificate
2nd Annual Examination, 2025.
The candidates who have been declared “Fail as a whole” may repeat their Examination in full subjects
c) in any subsequent Annual Examination under the pervailing Scheme.
The Board in its 364th meeting held on 29th June, 2022 under agenda Item No. 5 on adoption of PBCC
decission dated 30.03.2022, regarding two Annual Examination system for SSC and HSSC uninimously
decided that any candidate who could not apply for the 1st Annual Examination will be eligible to take

the 2nd Annual Examination as a fresh candidate if otherwise no restriction imposed by the Govt.
Moreover, no fresh candidate is allowed to appear in 9th only in 2nd Annual Exam.
All queries regarding the result of candidates from recognized/affiliated Institutions should be sent

through the Head of Institution concerned.
The result intimation (Detail Marks Card) will be sent to the Regular Students through their Heads of
7 Institutions under registered parcel and to the individual private candidates by ordinary post at the
addresses given in the Admission Forms.
The candidates will be able to improve upto 04-years, subject to the condition that no higher
a)
degree has been attained till availing the improvement chances in SSC.
Candidate will need to submit an affidavit, of not attaining higher degree, if improvement
b)
chances are availed beyond two years of first attempt.
The candidate will be able to appear in paper(s) of Part I or II or Practical. The highest marks
c)
obtained by the candidate will be counted toward final result.
8 Old posting (previous result) will be taken from the last improvd result which will carry the
d)
highest marks obtained in a paper after multiple attempts.
In case, a candidate remains absent after applying for improvement, his old posting (previous
e)
result) will continue.
Grace-Marks subject(s) must be re-taken with improvement attempt and no Grace Marks will
f)
be allowed in case of improvement.
In case of non receipt of result card upto25.07.2024, the candidates may contact with the
9 Matric Branch and can get result card without any fee within two months after the declaration
of result.
The candidate can apply for re-checking within 15 days of declaration of result under rules if

they desire to do so.
The Candidates of SSC have been declared pass or fail on the basis of aggregate 33 % marks.
Attendance in every part (I or II or Practical) is compulsory. In case of less than 33% aggregate

marks in a subject or if candidate remained absent in the subject/part(s) (I or II and Practical),
the candidate has to reappear in the respective subject/part(s) where score is less than 33%

Subject: Declaration of Result of SSC (1st Annual) Examination, 2024
The result of S.S.C (1st Annual) Examination, 2024 has been prepared in
a fair, correct & transparent manner. The same has been prepared on double
entry system by the Computer Section under the supervision of System Analyst
i.e. from Award List and Counter Foil, respectively.
Moreover, the comparison between the results prepared by feeded Awards

Lists through key punching and the scanning/OMR processing of Award Part of
Answer Books has also been made and rectified accordingly. The proof reading
of awards and checking of result notification has been done by Matric
Branch.The old Posting has been verified by the Matric Branch.
All SOP’s as issued by the Controlling Authority/PBCC from time to time

in order to prepare the result have been followed responsibly and in true letter
and spirit. As such, the result of SSC 1st Annual 2024 is ready to be
declared/Notified under the Govt. Policy Tuesday on 09.07.2024 at 10.00 am.
