A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. NINALYNE OSUNA


VALENDIA AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY
BANGYAS, CALAUAN LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Section 17 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as Sangguniang


Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall be appointed by
the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of majority of all the
Sangguniang Kabataan Members from among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan
(KK).

WHEREAS, MS. NINALYNE OSUNA VALENDIA possesses all the qualification for
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of


Ms. Ninalyne Osuna Valendia of Barangay Bangyas, Calauan, Laguna until the end of
the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Ninalyne Osuna
Valendia for his file, copy furnish the DILG City/Municipal Local Government Operation
and Local Youth Development Office of Calauan, Laguna for their information and record.
