INSTALATION
1 GENERAL
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide a consistent ITP for Inspector's Checklist for
installation of rotating equipment including 2 set of submersible pumps (Duty and Standby)
listed as Submerged Waste Water Pumps (P-115950 A/B) & Submerged Waste Water
Pumps (P- 115930 A/B).
Scope of work
In the (EPCC Of CPF1 Camp) (Al Selm & Weam company) will take into consideration the
site and local weather conditions and conduct the site survey, material selection and
supply, Construction, test, commissioning for the project. The materials will be procured,
and services will be delivered according to the latest international standards and as per
Petrochina Halfaya requirements.
Company: shall mean PetroChina Company Limited Iraq Branch, and their agents
or designated representatives, with designated authority to act on COMPANY’s
behalf.
Contractor: shall mean Al Selm & Al Weam General Contracting Co. which is
awarded as EPCC contractor for Provision of Engineering, Procurement,
Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) for CPF1 Camp.
Project: shall mean Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and
Commissioning (EPCC) for CPF1 CAMP.
"H" - HOLD POINT - Work shall not be proceeded further without the inspection for
this stage. Contractor shall notify the COMPANY / PMC and raise RFI.
"W" - WITNESS POINT - Work shall be witnessed for the inspection stage.
Contractor shall notify the COMPANY / PMC and raise RFI.
"S" - SURVEILLANCE - Surveillance can be carried out for on-going activity but
formal notification and RFI is not required.
"R" - REVIEW - Document shall submitted for review and approval through
transmittal. Work shall not be proceeded unless contractor has received Code A /
Code-B from PMC / COMPANY.
"RFI" - REQUEST FOR INSPECTION - Contractor shall submit the FRI along-
with their inspection notification

“H” - HOLD: A point beyond which work shall not proceed without formal approval by the appropriate
inspection. Contractor shall notify the COMPANY / PMC and raise RFI.
“W” - WITNESS: A point beyond which work may proceed without formal documented approval by any of the
inspection.
Achievement of “W” points shall be notified to PMC in accordance with the contract.
"S" - SURVEILLANCE: A point where SWCO and others may carry out surveillance of work in progress and
documentationassociated on an unscheduled basis, with no notification required by
any party and without amendment to the scheduled production program.
“R” - REVIEW: The documents are to be submitted to the appropriate inspection for review by PMC. Note
that where a document is subject to SWCO/PMC approval, work shall not proceed until
SWCO/PMC approval isgiven.
