I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
a. Identify the principles of speech delivery;
a. Determine the strength and weaknesses of a speaker using the principles of speech
delivery; and
b. Deliver a speech observing the Principles of effective speech delivery

The teacher will ask the students about the previous topic discussed. Randomly select students to
raise a recap of the previous discussion. Students’ responses are graded based on the accurate
information needed.

E. GENERALIZATION
PERFORMANCE TASK :
The teacher will let the students write about how you are thankful for your
parents’ sacrifices. They will only be given 20 minutes to prepare their
speech. After 20 minutes they will present it in fritn of the class. They will be
graded through rubrics. (20 points)
V. Assignment:
Watch and listen to the full version of the speech of the late
Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. Then, rate the speech you
have watched and listened to. Exchange works with your
classmates and evaluate their work using the rubric scoring
below. (20 points.)
