Objectives:
This activity aims to:
A. Help teachers in understanding the performance objectives and indicators to be used in S.Y. 2023-2024 and
in determining the acceptable means of verification (MOV) for each indicator.
B. Guide teachers in accomplishing the e-sat and IPCRF Part IV- Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Preliminaries:
Pursuant to DepEd memorandum no. 008, s. 2023, Multi-year Guidelines on the Result-Based Performance
Management System-Philippine Professional Standard for Teachers, the Supo Elementary School and Wayangan
Elementary School conducted SLAC Session on RPMS-PPST 2023-2024 last October 13, 2024 at exactly 1:30 PM to
equip and inform the teachers about the guidelines and standard format to be implemented this school year. It was
attended by 11 teachers from kindergarten to Grades 1-6, 1 Administrative Officer and 1 School head.
The SLAC Session started with a registration and opening remarks by the LAC Facilitator, Mrs. Jovelita T. Gorio.
Mr. Clifford Gay D. Dakiwas led the prayer and Maam Cynthia T. Del Rosario, School Head, discussed the rationale of
the activity.
Session Proper
After the opening program, the facilitator gave orientation and discussed the DepEd Order 008 s. 2023
Guidelines On The Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippines Professional Standard For Teachers.
She emphasizes the importance of the PPST. She also discussed the context of RPMS-PPST and highlighted the roles of
the rater and rate in each phase of the RPMS Cycle.
A video presentation on COI (observable and non-observable) was presented after which was the discussion on
the said matter. After the video presentation, Ma’am Jovelita T. Gorio presented the IPCRF review wherein she discussed
the different MOV’s needed to accomplish the IPCRF. Her discussion focused on the RPMS tools and MOVs that
teachers are required to prepare. In line with this, the facilitator explained the cycles of the said RPMS and elaborated all
the cycles inferring to classroom observation teaching, action plan, monitoring and portfolio. She also gave a thorough
discussion on the process of classroom observation.
Maam Cynthia suggested that before the preparation of RPMS for SY 2023-2024, meeting must be conducted to
finalize what are the needed MOVs for the certain objective.
A video presentation was shown that discussed e-SAT and how it can be accomplished. It was also informed
that the e-SAT must be accomplished/submitted in the first 2 months of the School Year as per DepEd Order. 008 s.
2023. Preparation and submission of IPCRF-IDP was also discussed during the SLAC. It was reiterated that IPCRF- IDP
is a basis of the School Head on what technical assistance she could give to teachers.
Other matters were presented by the School Head, She reminded the teachers regarding the Phil-IRI results and
the deadline of its submission for the preparation reading intervention. She also shares that, if a teacher attend seminars,
he/she will re-echo or discussed with his/her fellow teachers what was the seminar all about in order to get a certificate.

The SLAC Session ended with an open forum to entertain some questions and clarifications of the participants. It
was adjourned at exactly 5:00 pm.
