    Apollo Tyres – Instruction for visit at POINT OF SALE

    1. General information:

    The visit will take place in your native language, and the survey will be filled also in local language. Read the assignment instructions and look through
    the assigned survey to understand the requirements.

    Purpose: Check visibility and conformity of Vredestein’s brand assets to identify the non-compliant materials. The objective is to enhance the
    brand image and recognition of Vredestein at the Point of Sales throughout Europe.

    Information about your visit. Kindly find below the step by step directions for a well done visit.

    Stage 1: Initial Contact

    Go to the assigned location, introduce yourself advising that you would need to spend around 1 hour at the location as a representative auditor authorized
    by Apollo Tyres to take pictures and measurements at the POS. The pictures and measurements taken will be as to check the visibility of the brand and
    identify and replace the brand visuals that are not up to date.
    Show the sales person at the location the Authorization Letter from Apollo Tyres, which you have as a pdf in your survey, and which you will
    need to print out and bring with you.

    Once allowed into the premises, you will observe the different checkpoints, take pictures, record dimensions and evaluate the criteria according to the
    provided guidelines (up to 60mins). Measurements only need to be taken to the NON-COMPLIANT visuals encountered upon location and these
    would need to be included in the surveys. Please take with you a ruler or measuring tape.

    Stage 2: What to check


    Brand displays. Check if they are present (Y/N), in good condition (Y/N), new logo (Y/N), and clearly visible for customers (Y/N). If they are not in good
    condition and/or have the old logo. It is necessary to select which of the available brand displays can be used (example list provided). Take pictures and
    measures of the existing brand displays.

    Promo materials. Check if they are present (Y/N) Take pictures. (example list provided).

    Product information. Check if they are present (Y/N), in good condition (Y/N), new logo (Y/N), current products (Y/N) and clearly visible for cu stomers
    (Y/N) (example list provided). Take pictures and measures of the existing materials.

    Opportunities for branding. Take pictures and measures of those spaces.

    Competitors’ branding, if they really stand out.

    Mandatory attachments:

    -Pictures of all 5 main criteria to be checked: all marketing materials displayed in the POS should be photographed and pictures attached to the
    survey

    -Geo-code print screen of your presence to the assigned location.

    -Picture of the POINT OF SALE assigned from the street.

    Your survey will not be paid if:


    Obligatory attachments are missing
    You didn’t evaluate all the sections of survey.
    You did not submit your survey within 48 hours from audit date.
