TANK TO VESSEL PROCEDURE FOB
1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) addressed to Seller alongside with CP and Passport copy 2. Seller review buyer issued Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Offer (ICPO) if accepted, seller issue Commercial Invoice (CI) according to the buyer requested quantity 3. Buyerreviews, signs and returns to seller the Commercial Invoice (CI) to the seller for final review and approval. 4. Upon final approval of the endorsed Commercial Invoice (CI), the seller issue to the buyer the below PPOP documents: a copy of Commitment to Supply ) copy of Statement of Product Availability c) Copy of Product Passport d) Copy of Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC) e) Authorization to Verify Product (ATV) f) Dip Test Authorization Letter (DTA) 5. Upon buyer confirmation of the above POP documents, Buyer extends sellers tank storage in order to conduct dip test 6. Upon receipt and confirmation of Tank Extension Receipt (TER) of a min. of 1 day from buyer and 3 days after dip test, buyer extend seller tank for the remaining days further. Seller or buyer will conduct dip test on seller's expense and seller will issue to the buyer the below Full POP documents: a SGS Report (Quantity &Quality Report) (Not older than 48 hours- Conducted on seller's expense. b) Certificate of Origin c Pipeline Injection Report d) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with GPS coordinator e) NCNDA/IMFPA (To be completed by all intermediaries) 7. Upon successful verification ofthe Full POP documents, buyer provide his Charter Party Agreement (CPA)and Q88 to enable the seller to prepare for Injection of the product into buyer's charter vessel 8. Upon implementation of the injection into buyer's vessel, buyer makes 100% payment via. MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product injected into buyer's vessel and Seller will transfer title ownership and all export documents to the buyer. Seller within 24 hours upon receipt of buyer's payment pays allocated commission to all intermediaries 9. Seller issues Draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the buyer for review and proceeds with the signing and implementation ofthe agreed contract
