As a teacher, what have you discovered to be easy to implement in your virtual class?

- Online classes are challenging to manage, but I propose implementing rules, recording participation,
and using synchronization. I believe that the solution's potential value could triple its current price.

How did the students show their active participation in the lesson?

- Students show active engagement in the online virtual class by being prompt in attendance,
consistently participating through hand raising or using the raise hand icon, demonstrating
attentiveness, inquiring thoughtfully, and actively engaging in all class activities.

As a future teacher I feel that on-line learning environment can be safe if

- The instructor focuses on implementing suitable innovations to educate students about online security,
enabling them to avoid potential risks and report any issues while working online. This knowledge
empowers students to develop secure habits and responsible, ethical internet usage, enhancing their
overall safety beyond just schoolwork. The approach is seen as instructive and beneficial.

I think that teaching in a virtual learning environment

- Will be interesting and exciting for me because I am excited about using different software apps and
online tools to present their lessons. However, I find virtual teaching challenging due to their limited
knowledge of digital learning platforms. To overcome this, they plan to attend webinars or seminars to
improve their proficiency in using these apps.

- Solution: Strong innovation strategy needed for classroom; address external challenges at
organizational level; access restrictions due to hardware and network issues. Government support

- The best thing to do is to Stay in touch with teachers, be understanding and accommodating, record

List down the problems which you have encountered while implementing these routines.

- We consulted with the cooperating teacher and offered assistance with online class routines, preparing
PowerPoint presentations and lesson plans. Our help lightened her workload.

Problems encountered while implementing the routine

1. Data limitations cause some students to leave meetings early.

2. Some students arrive late for class despite the agreed-upon time.

3. Some students struggle to follow basic instructions, like muting their microphones during others'
speech.

4. Internet signal issues affect students' ability to read together.

5. Some students receive help from parents while reading sentences.

How did you feel after employing your classroom routines and establishing your procedures in the
classroom / remote learning?

- I was glad that the Class flow is organized despite noisy students, who are deeply engaged and refuse
to mute their microphones.

- Daily class routine involves a PowerPoint presentation with students taking turns reading the content.
Reading is an essential part of the routine, ensuring everyone gets a chance to read before class ends.

I believe Using the information to create a Classroom management plan is vital for an effective approach
with diverse students. It offers various options for rules and procedures, benefiting the teacher's
management strategies.

I discovered that Planning is crucial for a well-managed and organized classroom. The Classroom
Management Plan helps students focus on learning and understand expectations, promoting a healthy,
distraction-free learning environment.

the needs of your students? How will you improve on this?

- Classroom cleanliness and students' moral character were well-maintained, emphasizing respect for

- Being on time" was challenging to implement in the plan due to students' multiple household chores
causing frequent lateness.
