B. YES/NO QUESTIONS & WH- QUESTIONS
Có hai loại chính của câu hỏi:
 Yes/No questions
 Wh-questions.

Câu hỏi Yes/No (Yes/No Questions): Là loại câu hỏi mà câu trả lời thường là "yes" (có) hoặc
"no" (không). Để tạo ra một câu hỏi Yes/No, chúng ta thường bắt đầu câu với một động từ
trợ giúp (như "is", "are", "do", "does", "have") hoặc modal verbs (như "can", "will",
"should").
Ví dụ:

Câu hỏi Wh- (Wh-questions): Là loại câu hỏi mà chúng ta sử dụng để thu thập thông tin cụ
thể. Câu hỏi này bắt đầu với các từ như "who", "what", "where", "when", "why", "how", và
sau đó thường theo sau là một động từ trợ giúp.

1. Câu hỏi về chủ ngữ

Cấu trúc: Wh-word + V +…?
Ví dụ:

(Ai đã nói với bạn vậy?)

Khi từ để hỏi đóng vai trò là chủ ngữ trong câu, ta không dùng trợ động từ, mà sau từ để hỏi là động
từ đã được chia.
2. Câu hỏi về tân ngữ
Cấu trúc: Wh-word + trợ động từ + S + V +…?
Ví dụ:

Khi từ để hỏi đóng vai trò là tân ngữ của câu, sau chúng là trợ động từ + chủ ngữ + động từ chính
