Synopsis The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings

The story of The Fellowship of the Rings begins with the story of how a hobbit named Bilbo
Baggins of the Shire, had wandered to Misty Mountain and met with Gollum who has been living in a
cave in the mountain for 500 years. Bilbo stole Gollum's ring and then take her back to the Shire.
Without realizing it, the ring has magic powers.
At the birthday-111, Bilbo decided to leave the Shire and go to Rivendell. Bilbo wants to spend his time
writing a book about his odyssey with a Dwarf looking for treasure in the Lonely Mountain, where there
is a dragon who hides under his gold jewels. Before undertaking the journey, Bilbo bequeath magic ring
called the One Ring to his nephew named Frodo Baggins.
A wizard who is also named Gandalf Bilbo friend advised Frodo to destroy it to Mount Doom.
Destruction of this ring to deter evil Sauron who want to master of Middle-Earth. One Ring was made by
Sauron, the Dark Lord of Mordor, the ring is actually used for control of Middle-Earth and enslave its
people.
Frodo went to Mount Doom with a best friend named Samwise Gamgee. On the way, they meet up with
Merry and Pippin were eventually joined with Frodo and Sam. Hobbits journey continues overshadowed
by Black Rider who is the messenger of Sauron to oversee the ring holder.
When up in Bree, four hobbits decided to rest at the Prancing Pony. The place they met a named
Aragorn Strider. Turns Strider is Gandalf envoy tasked to accompany the hobbits to Rivendell, where
Elves ruler in power and there will be an important meeting between all the races of Middle Earth
dwellers.
The next day Strider accompany them to continue the journey to Rivendell. In the evening, they were
again attacked by the Black Rider. Frodo was injured in the attack because stabbed by Black Rider. In a
panic because Frodo was injured and unconscious, suddenly appeared an Elf named Arwen and Frodo to
Rivendell to bring his horse.

Black Rider continues to pursue Arwen to Loudwater River. When Black Rider tried to cross the river,
Arwen cast a spell to make the river hit with the Black Rider Strong and kill them. After defeating the
Black Rider, Arwen and Frodo proceed to Rivendell.
At the same time, Gandalf trapped at the top of Orthanc Tower in Isengard request assistance giant
eagle named Gwaihir for the release of prisoners of Saruman. Gwaihir brought Gandalf to Rivendell.
When the group Aragorn and the hobbits to Rivendell, Frodo had recovered from his wounds. The
leader of the Elves Elrond was amazed at the mental strength Frodo completely unaffected by the evil

The next day the nine headed south through Lothlorien. To get to Lothlorien, they have to cross the

in Lothlorien, they met a wise elf named Galadriel. Galadriel provide supplies canoe, biscuits lembas,
and glass. Of glass belonging to Galadriel, Frodo saw a future in which his friend Sam is doomed if still go
with him to Mordor. Frodo began to waver on his way, but he still had to destroy the One Ring.
The journey continues past the river Anduin head south. Until the Fall of Rauros they stopped to rest.
When resting, Boromir would like to see and hold the One Ring, but Frodo reject it and get out of
Boromir. Suddenly a bunch of Orcs and Uruk Hai attack the Fellowship. Gimli, Legolas, Aragorn, Boromir
and forward facing enemy attack, while Merry, Pippin, Frodo, and Sam ran to hide themselves but they
eventually separated while Merry and Pippin captive Orcs troops.
Frodo and Sam managed to escape and sail across the river. While Gimli, Aragorn, Legolas and
successfully defeated the Orcs and Uruk Hai must give Boromir who died on the battlefield. Gimli,
Aragorn, Legolas and Boromir did last respects to the body put into the canoe and let it sail toward the
river Anduin, then all three begin searching for the four hobbits.

Similarly, the end of the story of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings trilogy that is. The
fragmentation of the Fellowship into the final story will continue in the second book.
