REPORT SUMMARY
I. • To deliver the State of Barangay Address
OBJECT • To inform the constituents of the financial status, and accomplishments, on-
going and plan ongoing, Projects and Activities of the Barangay and the
IVES Sangguniang Kabataan.
• To render/present committee and reports
• Discuss other matters
II.HIGH 1. PRELIMINARIES
LIGHTS • The Activity commenced at 1:00 PM and started with a prayer led by
Salvation Army Pastor, Let. Reniel Cabalida, followed by the singing of the
OFTHE Philippine National Anthem led by Barangay Secretary, Ms. Elmalyn A.
ACTIVIT Carillo.
Y • The Master of Ceremony, Mrs. Jenarose B. Loñez, acknowledged the local
officials present during this activity.

2. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• The SOBA was rendered by Punong Barangay, Hon. Neil L.
Asuelo, and present the Barangay’s Accomplishment Projects funded by the
Barangay budget and Provincial which is the commencement of the
Concreting of Careon Road-Sitio Abot Site (1M), and Municipal Office which
are the Completion of Careon FTMR (20M) & Improvement of Brgy. Stage &
Public Toilet & Drainage (400K), which are from the past year. Improvement of
the Barangay Hall and Barangay Road Concreting was still the major project
of the barangay. He as well told the body about the upcoming projects of the
barangay which are Farm to Market Roads Concreting, Construction of
Barangay Talipapa, and Construction of Barangay Kitchen. He also told the
body that the 20% Development fund for the year 2023 will be funded for the
Improvement of Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall, Purchase of 1 set Solar pump,
Purchase of Diesel-fuel for FTMR, Purchase of Fixtures for Public Toilet, and
Construction of Bantay Bayan Outpost.

He then reminds the people of Villaros that there were tree seedlings that
came from DA-NES for them to plant in their farm and yards.

• Municipal Mayor, Hon. Benigno B. Calauad came to greet & thanked everyone
for attending this Barangay Assembly meeting, which means that the
constituents of Barangay Villaros were very eager to know the Barangay
Council has been accomplished for the barangay. He then told the body that
they can always approach him in his office if they need help with the barangay
improvements.

• Police Major Oscar Abrogena came to greet & discussed with the constituents
of Barangay Villaros, regarding the environmental preservation, that cutting
trees are prohibited, if ever it really needed to cut down that tree, get a permit
from the barangay. He even discussed about the Solid Waste Management,
he reminded everyone to segregate their garbage’s. Likewise, the Drugs
Situation of the barangay, that any information, anyone can always report to
their office, and he even gave his personal contact number, to sustain this
drug cleared situation of the barangay. Police Major Abrogena also discussed
the incoming election, to maintain the peace and order, that anyone can also
report if they can see anyone who is suspicious, new faces, like visitors, get
their details, check their ID’s, as preventive measures. These also can help
the insurgency, to monitor communist terrorist group. As well as the minors
who uses motorcycle has been discussed by him, that they must not run away
from a check point, and many more.

• Report on Barangay Compliance to National Laws and Issuances or related


information was then presented and discussed by

1. Barangay Kagawad, Hon. Nora A. Abon, presented before the


Barangay Assembly members the Financial Report for the 1st
Semester of CY 2024. That every collection of every month has been
deposit to the Barangay Bank Account which cannot just be withdrawn.
She even presented her collection of July to August 2024, and
presented to everyone the newly appointed treasurer, Ms. Daria W.
Piloy.
2. SK Accomplishment report and other youth-related information were then
presented and discussed by SK Chairperson, Hon. Moana Marie C. Caoile.
School Supplies has been distributed, presented SK budget for FY 2025,
presented his upcoming projects and activities.

3. ISSUES AND CONCERNS AND RESPONSE OF THE


BARANGAY GOVERNMENT/OFFICIALS

-Mr. Nival suggested to every household to join the weekly pulo’t plastic, to have a
purok meeting, and have a segregation bin in every house.

-Mrs. Irene Asprec also suggested to everyone to tie their dogs because they
scattered the garbages and bins everywhere.
4. OTHER MATTERS
-Distribution of seedlings from DA-NVES, and a small parlor games for
those who patiently wait and finished the Assembly meeting.

5. CLOSING REMARKS
-Hon. Pio B. Guiniling Jr gave thanks to everyone who joined and attended
the said Synchronize Assembly Meeting of the Barangay, and for their
unending support.
