DEFINITION Door to port shipping is from the export warehouse to the import
port
Port to port shipping is from the export port to the import port
BASIC *LCL/LCL; CFS/CFS: Receive goods at the export CFS warehouse and
deliver goods at the import CFS warehouse.
DEFINITION *LCL/FCL; CFS/CY: (Consolidation) Receive LCL shipments packed into
CFS warehouse and then consolidate into 1 whole container for export.

- Loading and unloading fee at shipper's warehouse
- Trucking fee from warehouse shipper to POL, lifting
- POL customs clearance fees, export tax

- POD customs procedures, import tax
- Lifting and trucking fee from POD to Cnee warehouse
- Unloading fee at cnee warehouse
- Return empty containers to POD (vs and repair containers if any)
