Role required: HR Associate

HR-Associate Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment & Onboarding
● Add new hiring information to employee records in HR systems.
● Evaluate resumes and screen candidates for relevant qualifications.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews for potential hires.
2.Team Management:
● Lead and manage a team of HR professionals.
● Ensure the team meets weekly business engagement metrics.
● Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve targets.
3.Cross-functional Collaboration with Management:
● Work closely with leadership to coordinate HR initiatives and programs.
● Represent the company in HR-related meetings and interactions.
● Support management in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
4.Leadership & Accountability:
● Take ownership of HR initiatives and ensure timely execution.
● Hold your team accountable for performance, KPIs, and project delivery.
● Maintain effective communication and foster a positive team environment.
Key Details:
● Duration: Minimum of 4 weeks with the potential for extension based on mutual interest
and organizational needs.
● Gender: This role is specifically targeted at female leaders, with a focus on empowering
