Spectrum?
Read each of the following statements, and put a mark in the box which most accurately describes how you feel about the statement.

Canada would be better off if we only had two political parties. Consumer protection laws should be relaxed. The Lords Prayer and Bible readings should be allowed in public schools. Less government interference means a better economy. There should not be laws restricting the ownership of handguns. Defense spending should be greatly increased. Public welfare recipients are generally lazy and dont want to work. People complain when protestors get hurt but they never appear to be concerned with what the protestors did to the police. In our high cost energy world, governments should encourage the development of nuclear power. The cost of social programs is too burdensome for tax payers. Spending on these programs must be reduced. My country right or wrong is a good motto no matter what happens. Businessmen do more to help society than professors, artists, writers and other intellectuals. The size of government must be reduced. It is almost always best to choose political leaders who are older because they have experience and will not make rash judgements. The abolition of the death penalty was a mistake. Immigrants who complain about their adopted country should go back home. Families and governments should always try to balance their budgets and not use deficit financing. Labour unions have a role to play but now they are too big and powerful.
